There's no phone number on the pack BUT I've Googled the name and address and this is definitely the company dealing with the chocolate side of the promotion:

Phone or email them and ask them if they will either send you a replacement pack or refund you any postage charges you pay.

I would imagine that they should be quite good about it because Cadbury's is a big customer for them and one they will no doubt want to keep in the future

Yes, you can call the Cadbury Consumer Helpline on 0121 451 4444, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.


If it is chocolate that you have won, I doubt that anything will be done until after 28 days have elapsed, as you can still get chocolate deliveries without an email confirmation.

AFTER 28 days you may want to contact the people I have already given details for as it is them, and not Cadbury's, who post out the chocolate packs.

So you have two choices of contact detail there. HTH
