Urgent Help For Daughter travelling to Rome

My daughter is going to Rome tomorrow, flying with Ryanair into Campino airport. She and her bf have 450 euros between them for spending money for 5 days (hotel and return flights all paid for in advance). Does anyone know what the best way is for them to get from the airport to central Rome and approximately how much money this will cost? Do Ryanair do any kind of bus service.
Also do you think that 450 euros will be enough money? They will get a buffet breakfast in the hotel, but no other meals provided, and they will need money for sightseeing.
What is the best way to get around? Can you buy any kind of universal travel ticket to get about?
I told them to do all this research when they booked the trip but now they are going in a few hours and are still clueless!
Any advice would be welcome!

Tell her that Rome traffic is unpredictable, allow time for getting the bus back,in case delayed by traffic, she doesn't want to miss her flight.Whats the weather like?
Cheapest way to get about is to walk.
What hotel is she staying at,or what district/street is it in?
They need to watch out for pickpockets, particularly around the colliseum, and on trains.
That means about £70 a day spends
She will see the teravision coaches to the left as soon as she exits the airport.
Tell her to avoid taxis if she can.0 -
Thanks for this - I just booked her terravision online so that's one worry off my mind. I also found a link on Ryanair to get a romapass - 3 day travel and museum entrance thingie - bought that too.Jane

We caught a train to Rome it's really cheap and easy. Public transport is so much cheaper there than here.
You can eat quite cheaply even in the top tourist spots if you look around. They might end up living on pizza or the like but they'll still have a great time. It sounds like they've got plenty of money for a short trip. As long as they're sensible and don't blow it all on the first day they'll be fine.
I'm feeling very jealous now as I :smileyhea Rome.0 -
I also caught the train into Rome. You get a local bus that takes you to the train station and then a train straight to Rome central Station. i would of thought 450 euros would be plenty - that would see me good for more like a month!0

450 euros is just abuot enough for 4 days worth of ice cream and pizza.
