Its a company claiming youve won a prize , we don't know who you are but you've definatly won a prize.
All you have to do is ring a premium rate number 1.50 a min for 6 mins, and then / or snd a payment for 6.50 for p&p
the prizes are the usual fantastic ones with the cheapie camera at the end, so it will be the 50p piece of junk then?
Also every comment I can find, all posted in the last few days seem to have the same winning code TA00075.
This was sent to my grandma in a Daxons catalogue, which seeing as mainly caters towards the elderly it is shocking they have allowed this to be included with all the flyers included with their catalogue, plus my grandma has been a customer with them for nearly 10 years so trusted them and thought it was genuine and was going to call.
Fortuntately her hearing is not great and so was waiting for me to visit her so I could call it for her.
I think not.
Shameful stuff really......

Hi there, i just got a letter through my la redoute catalogue and i will be letting them know that this company is a scam.
By the way my despatch code was TA00075, and i stupidly called, but i couldn't be bothered to finish the call so i probably only wasted a few quid, still annoying tho.
Really bad for elderly people, the catalogue companies should definitely be told about this, i certainly will.
Thanks for the post!0 -

Well I am really glad I searched this company before acting on the letter, I have received the same letter as above through with my Studio Catalogue order. I am disgusted that nothing has been done about this scam letter that I can only presume has been doing the rounds longer than 2008!!! Does anyone know who I can report this to?0

It's not legally a scam.
A scam steals your money.
In this case [and all other scratchcards based in the UK], they are not 'stealing' your moeny. You are choosing to pay them £9 for making a call and £6.50 P&P/ins......all to claim an award [not allowed to call them prizes] worth about 50p for 99.99999999999999% of cards , the rest get bigger awards.
If you [or your relatives] choose to spend £15.50 to enter what is in essence a massively slanted lottery/raffle, then that is surely their choice.
These people are a business, they have to take in more money than they give out [and BT gets a big cut], so how on earth do people think they can give away money????????!!!!!!!
This reminds me of the phrase so loved by Consumer Direct when it come to scams, etc.......
If it seems too good to be true, it is!!!!!
Listen carefully gran........ I said...
