One day, Horton hears a cry for help coming from a speck of dust, which happens to be the home to the Whos who live in their city of Whoville. Horton swears to help protect the Whos and their home, but this gives him nothing but torment from his neighbours who refuse to believe that anything could survive on the speck. One nasty kangaroo played by Carol Burnett does not carry the speck’s best interests at heart and sets her sights on destroying the speck with the help of a menacing accomplice.
