you don't actually mention what the original complaint was about,
i would think you would need to say i called your bank due to a fraudulent SO due to leave my account, i called the day before to inform the branch this was not authorised and not to let any money leave my account and then xyz
and the complaint is waaaaaaaaay too long, if you have a log of the calls i would just use that as a brief description e.g.
    person 1 said this
    person 2 said this
    person 3 said this
it gives some structure to your argument
the language they used was unacceptable. and in breach of xyz

They seem very keen to lose your custom. Is you account well managed, i.e. usually in credit, or do they perhaps feel there is no benefit to them in handling your transactions? They are a business and if you are often overdrawn they might feel you are no great loss to them.

Sorry to be blunt. I agree it should have been handled better and more diplomatically, but I feel there is perhaps more to this than meets the eye.

Incidentally, were there no clues in the original unauthorised payment as to who was responsible? I mean it must have been destined for someone or other, and the bank should be able to tell who, surely.
    :D I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe :D

OP, I would go and open a current account with a bank outside of RBSG, just in case!!
