We use the Coventry for the kids and - home_alone - I lo0ked at the Newcastle. Trouble with all these things is the POCA/money laundering ID requirements. It's just such a hassle moving from one institution to another that I keep asking mysef..."Can I really be bothered to move given all the aggro it causes?".

Any thoughts on how easy it is to move to the Newcastle (or, indeed, the Harpenden B/S)?
  • pchelpman, I know what you mean on the ID requirements before ing I looked at Birmingham Midshire and they wanted 4 different forms of identification for me and the wife thats "eight" because we could not use the same bills etc as each other, I gave up and went to ing. With Newcastlenet I am waiting for the next rate drop which is supposed to be this month I feel ing might just drop theirs again then see what Newcastlenet will do, 4.9 looks good at the moment with no added bonuses.

    Happy New year
