natwest online account access

can any one tell me, if already have an online accoount are new accounts you open in branch automatically added to the online account profile

i have had a natwest credit card for a few years, but opened an advantage gold current account today (as needed another account to open their isa with the high interest rate for transfers in) and their cash isa. have signed on to online acount, however its not listed, only the credit card,

i cant find any options to add other account details on there, does any one know if it is updated automatically (ie should i give it a few more days and check again) or do i have to add it manually (and if so any one know how as i cant find any info on their site and their help link just gives frequently asked questions, its not mentioned on there and nothing lets you send them an online queery

it takes 24 hours normally. but any dowt ring them.

thanks for the reply, i was going to ring them but have had enough on the phone tonight, had to call my mobi company because of a problem with the phone bill payment, sky because the damned sky box keeps cutting off and if i speak to one more company tonight i am going to go nuts!

i will ring them tomorrow night if there is no change just to check

I opened a cash ISA with RBS (Same online system as Natwest) and it appeared online before I received the letter saying it was open...

I opened 2 accounts yesterday with Ulster Bank ( part of natwest, same onine system ) and they appeared online today. I did ring them last night and hey said can take between 24-48 to appear online.

When I applied for a Natwest Current Plus account, I noticed it showed up on my online account (Step Account) even before I knew I was accepted!
