I actually believe part time and distance learning MBAs are more highly thought of than the one year full time ones. Part time and distance learning means you are able to apply learning and use real work based situations. I've found employers to look at FT MBAs as "perennial students" and "taking a year out".

Although distance learning, I think you'll find there is a lot of interaction, mainly web based. The interaction is important for discussing and sharing ideas generated by the course, and of course, mutual support for getting through what is a tough course.

Warwick is highly rated, their MBA is highly rated. Don't think you could do much better. Good luck.

Thank You Very Much Everyone. I have submitted my application and now will wait n see if I get the place offered.

    Congratulations!

Do let your employer know about it, and ask if they can help give you varied work experience to complement the way the course develops you.

If you contact the WBS they will put you in touch with current and past students of all of their courses. They also have regular open days and informal drop-ins. I have been to an open day and been put in touch with exec mba students and found it really helpful, though still looking for funding to go ahead. :)
  • I don't know much information about Warwick Business School. I have done my distance learning MBA at CalUniversity.edu, which offers distance learning programs, admission’s counselors will make your education experience smoother and easier than you ever thought possible. You can take up any of the new courses among several Masters and Doctorate programs available.

I note that your course did not include communication skills!
