Council tax band increased - should i bother appealling

    As CT bands are based on prices as at 1 April 1991, then if prices were low at that time, the bands should reflect this fact.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    Going up only one band, with the amount of added space you have compared to the original house, and the fact that your new band is the same as other similar size properties, I think you are wasting your time appealing.
