Ordered a bed from these people because they promised free next day delivery. Ordered from the website and it accepted my order.
Had an email from them later in the day telling me the bed was out of stock (so why did they let me order it?) and would be in stock in two weeks. So I decided to wait.
Phoned them after two weeks and they told me it would be another two weeks. So I told them to cancel the order.
They told me it would take a month to process a refund - I didnt even know they'd taken my money !!!!!
What a complete con! Take peoples money and then hold on to it to improve your cashflow even if they cancel the order.
