Tommee Tippee - outstanding Customer Service!!!

We have a nappy wrapper for our little boy (we'll be getting another when new baby comes in February) and had a problem recently, which was dealt with expertly both times!

Problem #1 - we bought 2 cassettes for the bin, but couldn't find the ends & ended up wasting some of the plastic trying to find it - emailed TT & they sent 2 brand new ones in the post immediately.

Excellent care & instant acknowledgement, which was superb.

Problem #2 - Hubby emptied said bin & changed the cassette (which he doesn't normally do) and somehow managed to lose the twisty bit on top, which makes the nappies get 'wrapped'!! D'oh!

A quick email to TT asking where I can buy a new one, results in an immediate email back asking what colour bin we have and being told they'll pop a brand new WHOLE LID in the post asap - how good is that!


So - we all like to moan about stuff, but here's my chance to really praise a company - Tommee Tippee - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't recommend them or their products enough!

My friends have the tomee tipee nappy bin and so does the daycare center i worked in! They have never had a issue with it , but rate the product in itself quite highly!

Its about time more people praised the good in company!
