If you have the time to answer this i'd be really grateful.

I entered a jackpot pool and made my selection and bet 500 points. When the page refreshed I was told that my 500 points were on a different selection. I have no ide how this happened, although the page did seem slow and took a while to load. I e-mailed through the website immediately asking for it to be changed or points refunded.

I understand that people may change their minds or realise that there is a better choice later on, but you can see by how quickly I e-mailed that this is not the case here.

I hope you can help.

Had the same problem at our local blockbuster too and i felt a right idiot when they said we couldn't use the voucher. They even rang another store to check and that one had never heard of them either.

I hope we're all still here this time next xmas comparing notes on Pigsback, having earned many more vouchers etc....but only time will tell!

The Christmas Zone has now gone (funny how promptly all the good things disappear!) and I hope that it is replaced with a point giving feature.

Thanks once again to Droopsnout & Kazzea - I usually hover over the board but don't post so I'm making the most of it!
