i placed my order on december 13th and sent my email to pigsback straight away. did you order before i did? i'd have expected your points before mine :-(

Ordered Nov 29th, forwarded the email to them then left it for 2 weeks (or 14 working day or something like that) and then started chasing it up. Got a reply saying they couldn't read the forwarded emails (they don't have HTML enabled for whatever system they use) and I had to send it oh, 5 times in different formats. Rachel replied saying the Amazon person was working on it when I finally got through. If I known it would have been SUCH a hassle, I would have ordered through Tesco.com and got Clubcard points instead. Or greasypalm. Or anyone else that actually knows what they're doing.

But now, I am dead set on getting my cashback, even if it means emailing them daily.

The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 10 characters.

Ah - then you're not trying hard enough! ;)

The 10-pointers you've come across recently are ones you've missed in the past. But have you been collecting the points from the advent calendar?

  • You can download here http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html .

You need the J2SE Java Runtime Environment (JRE).

    Darragh,

A while ago I decided to print off the Blockbusters 2-for-1 DVD/Games rental voucher from the Pigsback.com website. These can be used on Mon-Thurs up until 31st December 2005.

Today, I took a trip to my local Blockbusters armed with my printed voucher. I spent a while deciding which 2 DVDs to rent out. Having made my choice, I made my way to the tills and presented the shop assistant with my voucher. Unfortunately, to my embarrassment, they had no idea what the voucher was for, who pigsback.com were and said they couldn't even use it because it does not have a barcode. I asked them to type in the unique reference number that was printed on the voucher, but they said they couldn't use it because every coupon or voucheris supposed to be scanned in.

So Darragh........why have I been made to look like a right eejit in my local blockbusters? They must have thought I was some kind of scammer creating my own discount voucher trying to pull a fast one on them.

Has anyone else had any luck with the blockbusters stores accepting these vouchers?

It will differ depending on what kind of stuff you buy or sign up for - but to keep this thread on topic - check out the dedicated Quidco thread here - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=122653&page=1&pp=10 HTH :D
