If anyone is interested, I found out why I hadn't got my winnings from the Strictly Come Dancing jackpot - they have lost all the data about who selected which answer.

I am going to get my stake refunded (though this hasn't happened yet) but they won't honour my winnings, so I'm not best pleased.

So I would suggest that if any of you have a flutter on the jackpots, you take a screen grab or print out evidence of your selection, just in case this happens again.

Just my luck - they 'lose' my winning bet, but not my losing one on the X-factor result.....!

I was waiting on one that I ordered a couple of weeks ago but it came yesterday, yours might be due in the next day or so, mine was delayed too but not by much.
