Contract Start Date- but price has dropped
I was in the process of transfering from E4B to npower and have received a letter from npower pointing out that the date of their letter (10/10/08) is to be the Contract Start Date. Having just checked their prices I see it has dropped from 12.6 to 12p for the 2year quote I received.
As Supply has not yet started - and transfer not yet taken place (the wrong date by a day was requested) but npower are now doing a 5 day rapid transfer in few of the demiss of E4B - can I request request/demand the new lower price?
