How can I record from a radio website?

I need to record 45 minutes of a 3 day old show which is archived on the radio station website.
Does anyone know how I can do this??
Also - if I know that it is on a website, how do I get Windows Media Player to play from that exact location instead of using the inbuilt player on the website??

There's a great piece of software called SDP that will do it. Beware of legal issues though, and remember that you may not be allowed to record the program.0
