Love this and hoping to join in regularly, just seem to eat any old stuff from freezer, so am making a conscious effort to get more organized and feed my husband and daughter better meals. Daughter does not eat meat, so I am trying to do meals we can all eat but just replacing the meat with vegetarian alternative for her, here goes:
Mon Spag boll with dough balls Will use quorn mince
Tue Toad in the hole with mash and veg Veggiee sausages for daughter
Wed Cooked dinner, lamb chops, roast spuds etc. Quorn fillet
Thurs Home made vegetable stew or soup with crusty bread
Fri Mixed grill or Salmon with potatoes and veg.
Thanks to all who post on this I have got some really good ideas from everyone0 -
Our plan went slightly awry when I forgot to get the minced lamb from the freezer today  was going to make Lamb Koftas, so...........
Friday 24th: Spanish Omelette
Saturday 25th: Chicken Kiev (home made, from 2 of the 4 f/r chicken breasts marked down in Tesco, bagged & shoved in freezer!)
Sunday 26th: Roast Beef + all the trimmings (followed by Blackberry +Apple Crumble made with our own blackberries and apples). Having a pud cuts down the portion sizes for the main course, LOL!
Monday 27th: Cold Beef, Bubble & Squeak and pickles - Rest of beef for DH
sandwiches for work
Tuesday 28th: Lamb Koftas (finally), Minted Yogurt dressing, Pitta bread and Salad
Wednesday 29th: H/M Burgers, Buns, Salad (shopping night *sigh*)
Thursday 30th: Pea & Ham Soup and H/M Bread (in preparation at the moment - will cook soup tomorrow and freeze)
Friday 31st: Chilli Con Carne - we are going trick or treating with DS-D and the grandsons, then back here to be joined by Son in Law when he gets back from work - it'll be nice to have them all here for dinner!Obedient women are never remembered in History!

Alrighty, I know, I know, I'm late. Here's the meal plans though
Thursday (last night) - pizza. Neither of us were hungry, and the OH was going out anyway
Friday (tonight) - black bean chicken with noodles - any leftovers are my lunch tomorrow
Saturday - Spaghetti Bolognese (must buy mushrooms)
Sunday - Moussaka (make 2 additional portions for freezer)
Monday - Spanish Omelette, with bread and marg
Tuesday - Probably at mum's - will have to see
Wednesday - Probably at home, so will make homemade chicken nuggets, with jacket potato wedges and beans
Thursday - Mince and Dumplings (might change this as a lot of mince this week!)
Friday - Out at a hallowe'en party, so food might be provided.
Tomorrow is a baking day, if all goes well. Making my cake for Christmas and some low-fat cake bars for lunches. Normally, lunches are sandwiches (bacon and egg at weekend, cooked meat or cheese during the week) or soup. Good to see such lovely mealplans - mine were getting rather samey!
