I saw this posted on HPC a couple of days ago, all the guys off their were signing up, so I guess thats where most of the fun came from:D.

Honestly though are these people serious ???, its the 'great lie' that there aren't enough properties out there. There is an over-supply of houses, its just masked by these types of people.

My view would be to tax the living daylights out of anyone who goes down this route. Lets face it most of the BTL'ers have used the 'pyramid model' for their business, The Wilsons being prime exponents of this.
