Amex is great

Phoned Amex to ask a question relating to Consumer protection when using a credit card. No press 1 for this, 2 for that, first thing press 0 to speak to an operator. Who gave me the answer straight away.
Prior to this I phoned Barclaycard twice , press 1 for this 2 for that.....and each time got through to India. Bottled out of asking the question. It was going to be difficult enough to pitch it to to an operator over here.
Then phoned Goldfish, again this press button business with loads of options. Got through to a guy who admitted he didn't know the answer and transferred me to someone else. Who answered but I wasn't convinced.
Anyway the result is each time I've phoned Amex their customer service is just so much better than from my other credit cards. Their manner, professionalism, everything, is just head and shoulders above the others.
