Please help me find a low voltage transformer

Its for a light I bought at NEXT last year. It is just out of guarantee  and the transformer has blown.

NEXT staff are useless and have kindly offered to sell me another fitting for £70

They do not sell parts but I wondered if anyone knew how to get their hands on one? The model no needed is: AET-3352CT.

Thanks in advance! You will be a friend for life if you can help me with this one! :T

Any decent electrical factor will supply, usually on the local trading estate. Just make sure the one you buy will supply higher power (but same voltage) than the old one. Also check it's well ventilated, the usual reason for failure is overheating.
This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !

I did expect them to be able to provide me with details of where spare parts can be bought....isn't this a reasonable expectation from such a huge retailer? But instead of helping the customers they are big at helping only themselves!

  • Hi, I would suggest you to buy a voltage converter from LiteFuzeVoltageConverters.com. They offer a wide range of voltage converters with capacity ranging from 100 watts to 500 watts. These dual voltage converters offer step up and step down functionality.
