paypal fees confusion!

Hi all,
i will try and keep this brief!
I have a personal paypal account, and have sold a few items on ebay over the last 2 months.
For 4 of the payments i have been charged a fee. I have looked at the user agreement which says i can only accept 2 debit/credit card payments in a 12 month period.
I was not given the option to accept or decline the payments, which i know your not allowed to do with ebay payments, but at least i would know what the fees were for.
So i don't have a clue what the fees are for.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could shed any light on this.

Once you have exceeded your two card payments a year you would have had a tick box asking you to upgrade, you may have ticked yes without really paying attention. Once your account shows as a premier account you will pay a fee on every single transaction in future however funded.
To sell on ebay you need a premier account as you need to take all sorts of payments, so you are stuck with it i'm afraid.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
