Very. The valuation that came with it said worth £1650. It was from 2000 so about 7 yrs old at the time. We took it to our jeweller and had it revalued, it was up to £1850 You have to be careful though as there are some unscrupulous sellers.

I'm sure your wife loves her wedding ring for it's meaning more than anything else. Of course we would all love flashy gorgeous rings if money were no object but it's the sentiment behind a ring that means so much more.
I was extremely lucky as my Mum gave me a diamond ring that her Mum had bought herself about 40 years ago, lucky for me my gran had very good taste in diamonds at least. The ring itself wasn't to my style as it was yellow gold and it was 3 diamonds set in a more old fashioned way so my hubby had the ring remade with platinum and had the stones reset in a more contemporary way. It's absoloutely beautiful and means so much more because it was my grans diamonds and then my own choice of style for the ring and settings.

These are mine an my partner's we had them made up abroad and save alot ( We didn't pay anywhere near the prices in the link). Both are Platinum and will be used in 7 weeks
