:mad: I ordered a duffle coat from them early Oct. when I received it and tried it on I noticed that one of the pockets was torn,there was stains on the coat and black hairs,I rang them up to ask for this to be picked up and a refund it was supposed to happen with 7 days after seven days its still in our home I rang again yesterday,oh they said we will get it picked up within seven days,what a bunch of useless s*ds I`m bealing about this.:mad:

I tend to go to their outlet stores in MacArthur Glen or Sterling Mills, Tillicoutry - at least that way you can see what you're buying.
Got a lovely fleecy dressing gown there a fortnight ago for £7 - lovely and warm for this time of year!0
