Will I get stuffed by paypal?

I sold a complete item to a buyer in the Czech Republic, I double checked I had popped all parts in, and now the buyer is claiming a major part is missing. I know it was in there and I sealed the original box, then put it in another box, sealed that AND wrapped in brown paper.
Where do I stand if they make s acomplaint to paypal - will they automatically win?
Also, I know I could offer a refund if he returned it, but have a feeling he will return it without the part ... or am I just being cynical.
Any idea who paypal would side with?

You dont have a chance of winning a claim against you as you cant prove that the part was in there.0

So, how do they prove the item wasn't in there?

I dunno i was told by a paypal rep to take a date stamped pic of the item before you send it.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
