in Credit cards
I have a halifax credit card with a balance of £4000 on it with a credit limit of £9.500. I am payng between £100 and £200 a month of the balance but not really getting any where with lowering the balance.
I am thinking of transfering the balance to a o% card but don't have a clue about wich one to apply for. any help on this would be greatful.

Don't apply for another HBOS card because you won't be able to BT your debt. Check out who owns who here...

Edit: Ask Halifax to reduce your credit limit, wait a month, and then check your CRA file to ensure it shows your new credit limit before making your application for a new card. The will ensure you maximise your chances of a sufficient credit limit on your new card.0
