Working Tax Credits and Child Benefit

Hiya

I am due my baby on 29th March 2009.

When can i claim for the above benefits ?

Can you still claim Working Tax Credits and Child Benefit when you are on maternity receiving maternity allowance if your partner is working full time still ?

Any information would be great thanxs xx

no, u cannot claim anything until the baby is born first !!! (for child tax credit and child benefit only)

You may be able to claim working tax credit (depend how much your income)

if your baby was due the 1st of April 2009 you would be able to claim child benefit from the 29th week of pregnancy.

so 11 weeks @ 18.80 = 206.80 for the 11 weeks.

but as your due date is the 29th of March you will have to wait until your baby is born before you can claim
