I am going to rent my house out!
Who knows the best websites to use?
the cheapest way?
Can I just pay an estate agent a finders fee for a tenant?
Who else is in the same boat.. I understand that estate agents charge between 7% and 15% for managing the property.
I will be off to Australia but will have people here that can manage for me!!
