Hi
I'm about to put my house up for sale and need to get a hips. (rip off idea)
I've read the threads on here about this....some people have got cheap ones, some say cheap ones will miss bits out, some say who cares, get a cheap one anyway!! I'm all confused.
Can anyone advice if any of the following would be alright to use?
http://www.conveyancingbrokers.co.uk/hips.html £199
http://www.valuhips.co.uk/freehold.php £187
http://www.myhiphome.co.uk/?gclid=CN_ImJ30upYCFRU7EAod-mM2Kw £198
http://www.abodehip.co.uk/ £229
they all seem to include epc.
I'm just after hip only, not conveyancing at this time (just in case the whole thing falls through and I don't sell, don't want to pay for conveyancing til I have to)
Hope you can help!
Thanks
