I had a feeling that it might be that..... I also get mouth ulcers when I'm run down... got 4 at the moment including one under my tongue..... owch!

I get quite a few of them and I usually put a slightly warm spoon on it and it eases it a bit.

I did actually mention it to the doctor a couple of years ago as I was getting quite a few of them. He said people usually get them when they are run down. So I started taking vitamin pills, getting enough sleep and trying not to get stressed and they have reduced to about 1 a year now.

I have also heard an old wives tale of placing used teabags on the eye. Don't know how useful it is though as thankfully I dont suffer with them.

Oh and try Berocca vitamin tablets. V good but turns your wee orange. Bit scary if you are unprepared.
