Hi everyone, just thought this may be of interest to people with limited movement like myself. For years I've been trying to lose weight and just get a bit fitter but being unable to walk far means I can't do any real exercise and I can't sit on floor and do stuff either. Then the other week I came across this amazing dvd called Jodi Stolove's more chair dancing, sit down and tone up, I had to buy it from the USA but believe me it was worth every penny, around £11 after conversion in p&p, got it on amazon. It really is a wonderful way to exercise from the comfort of your armchair, wheelchair infact any chair. I hope this will be useful info to someone.

Thank you for the info, TaBunny. I could do to lose some weight; this sounds ideal, as I can barely walk at all, and if I get on the floor, I can't get up again. If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

Hi HM, I googled 'Region 2 chair dancing' for you, and it came up with this.....
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Exotic-Dance-Workout-Regions-NTSC/dp/B000LP5CHU
But then I found this on play.com http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/3510387/Chair-Workout-Leanne-Grose/Product.html which seems more like it .......I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
