Megaflow tank size advice

Hi - I'm looking for some advice!
We recently had a new mains system boiler (Worcester Bosch 30 CDi) installed in our attic with an unvented Megaflow tank - 150 litres size. Our house has 4 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom including mains shower, 1 shower room (mains shower), 2 adults and 2 small kids and the central heating is gas radiators - 13 of them in total. We don't plan on moving in the near future.
I've found that the hot water seems to run out after 3 showers or 2 showers and a small bath - does this sound right? I'm looking for advice on whether we've got a reasonable size tank for our needs or whether we should have got a bigger one? Also would it be a big task to fit a new one or is there a way of upping hot water supply without starting from scratch - i.e. could you add a 2nd back-up tank to the 150 litre one (or is that madness?!!). We do have family/guests to stay quite often and the whole point of an extra shower room is that they can shower too without us having to stick on the emersion heater...
All advice gratefully received!
Thanks.
