'Frozen' Zen touch

I have a question about my Zen Touch – I dropped it earlier today, didn’t think it that much of a drop, 2 feet at the most, onto carpet, but it now won’t go past the ‘Zen Touch’ screen when you switch it on, which stays permanently lit,
When I reset it starts up again, but gets stuck at the same point, though you can still hear it whirring inside for what seems like ages.
I let it run down on it’s battery, to see if that helped I but it didn’t, though it shows the battery being charged.
Any thoughts folks ?
If it does need a new hardrive, where can I get one from ?

Whip the back off, you will need a very small screwdriver, and disconnect the battery from the Zen.
Connect it again and switch it on.
I did that when mine was permanently on, letting the battery run down and recharging didn't work for mine eitherIt's taken me years of experience to get this cynical0 -

Does anyone know where I can get a hard drive for it from ?Baby-Mechanic
