    Hi,

I'm not an expert, but I do have a multi agency agreement with 2 agents. Firstly you need to speak to the first agent and arrange to change the agreement you have with them to a multi agency agreement. When you sign with the 2nd EA, make sure that you also sign a multi agency agreement. This will then ensure that you only pay fees to the agen who makes the sale.

    Good luck.
I love giving home made gifts, which one of my children would you like? :D :A :D
