morning passion:)
I was also wondering why the offer was only on the brunnette range. I'm glad you mentioned this. I spotted the error (that's what I'm calling it, could use other words, but probably not allowed:rolleyes: ) when I was trying to work out the best way of using the JF vouchers for a very little spend. That's when I spotted this stuff on offer on dotcom. I thought it was very odd that only the brunnette range was on offer though.
I wonder what excuse CS will come up with:rolleyes: let us know what they say if you contact them.Off Topic
Morning Sally and all
Looks like I'll be buying the brunette JF using the vouchers. It's not something I'll use being blonde, but it'll always go in hampers.
But the thing is ... does anyone else think this offer is a bit of a cheek? I keep laughing when I see the signs advertising it for brunettes, but now it's annoying me. I was tempted to mail CS asking if there'd be an offer on soon for fair-haired people, because believe me, if this offer was only for blondes, I think there'd be a bit of an outcry locally. The problem is - I don't want to mail and appear to be xenophobic, because I'm definitely not.
I was wary of asking about it in the forum as posts are often misconstrued, but is it only me that thinks the same?
(I'll take it to Boots Refugees if it's way off topic btw).0 -

Bit unsure what you are saying here........................but Boots do offers on all sorts of products for young people , old people, men, kids, wrinkled people, etc etc. On the whole there is a decent spread of different offers ( with men losing out if anyone!) Boots will also do offers depending on sales , stock etc so not necessarily targeting a particular sector.0 -
Can anyone tell me where I get one of the JF vouchers??0

I'm thinking about treating myself to some GHD straighteners, but at £100 they're not cheap! Are there any current extra points codes I can use to maximise the amount of points I get for my spend? Or are there going to be any triple point offers in store soon?2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -

I understand what you're saying elisa; there's different offers for different needs, like the TS offer for curly hair for instance, so I wouldn't disagree with you on that score. It's just that this one seems so blatantly biased, for want of a better word.
People will have to read between the lines as to what I'm trying to say though, as it's something that could be misconstrued as I mentioned, but something that I definitely think wouldn't go down well locally if the opposite offer was on.
I'll leave it there for now, but thanks sally06 for the reply. I might ask my sister to mail as she has a fair-haired daughter, and a brunette, and can also see the dichotomy at work. (Plus it saves me mailing)

Thats strange, but maybe they are overstocked on the brunette line, and trying to get rid of some of it. I got the shampoo and some of the styling products (glosser and finishing creme i think) during one of the haircare spits and they were awful for my hair. Even using a tiny amount left my hair greasy and it had to be washed out again. It really put me off the JF range (i have straight hair so most of it is not really aimed at me anyway), although i do love the JF hairspray albeit only when bought with a tillspit:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

Not sure if the offer's still on, but it was an offer made if you joined the John Frieda Club online. I'll try and find the add.

You get 1500 automatic points for spending £75 this weekend, as well as your 400 regular points. Also if you click on the thread below you'll find a code for 1000 points on a £100 spend that you can enter at checkout. Total of 2900 points back
