Yes, they're the same voucher, as in £5.00 off R&M or No7, but they have different bar codes so, SA willing, can be used together to get £10.00 off your purchase

My local store, southampton does have the 1/3 off when you use your points! :j (Maybe a list should be made for where you can use them.... ) there's also some fcuk bits on the stand too.

Ooh, which Southampton store is that, please? (I really shouldn't drive to So'ton just for S&G points savings though... that wouldn't be very money-saving )

They should yes but guess like anything with new things it takes time to get organised and there will still be staff that dont bother doing it abit like staff that dont bother with people when using 2 vouchers...Think she only told me as I was watching what she was doing with my perfume lol....

I went to the westfields store and got a No 7 manicure set they have half price at the moment (norm £29.99), then used a pinkie and till spit, and geuss what??

i got it for £4.99.. added some gum and got another pinkie!!:T :T

I am sure you all could come up with something of a better bargain but i was chuffed and me OH could nt believe it!.. though i will make sure he pays a lot more for a xmas pressie for me!! :rotfl:

I had an horrendous Boots experience today.

We only have a v small store locally, no offers machines, no R&M goodies at all, so after work today I took my pinkie and headed to a bigger store a few miles away.

First off, I did the machine thing and along with other vouchers ended up with 200 points for a £25 spend. so I found my r&m mirror, then got other stuff which totalled £26.

got to checkout and the horror started.

The SA said they had received word from Head Office that the mirror now counted as 342 offer gift set, so they wouldn't accept the pinkie. I argued it (nicely) but she said if I wasn't happy, she would get someone to speak to me after she put the rest of the shopping through- she did, and then of course it came to less than £25, so I lost the 200 points too.

Queue right to back of shop by this point, but she shut till and went to seek advice on the mirror. Came back and said she had been told to put it through and charge me £1 plus voucher, even though it was against Head Offfice policy. so I asked about my 200 points, and she said no, because it was two separate spends. anyway, I got the mirror.

After that, i went to an assistant behind a counter who wasn't busy dealing with the aftermath of my prolonged stint at head of querue, and asked for a phone number to make a compaint. she asked why, I gave the story, and said I wanted my 200 points as I had spent £25.

She then went off to get manager, who came back and said, 'you shouldn't really have got the mirror', so I said 'but I know lots of people who have' and she said 'not any more-head office says so'.

Anyway eventually she gave me the 200 points, but the whole bartering took about 30 mins and although I got all I felt I should have, it wasn't pleasant.I don't know if I will ever show my face in there again.

Anyone else come across this Head Office memo?

hey, it's the store just outside west quay. I might check the bigger store this week too. Depends if i get the time!
you do get a gwp if you spend £15 though...

Oh I just remembered my village has a boots! :O but that's back home in cambridgeshire. It's tiny but still! How cooool. They took over a chemist.

Just to let you all know S&G free gift when you spend £15 is finishing tommorrow, I asked instore, but noone seems to know when 1/3rd off with points ends! If you want to combine the two best get it tommorrow!

Also Off topic got my free nails inc nail polish with glamour today (i get it delivered) Piccadilly circus - gorgeous dark pink!:j
