Just did adrenalin fuelled shop. :D

Grabbed the last R&M mirror and 2 trevor sorbie mens gift sets at £6 and pack of nappies to disguise. My friendly No.7 lady wasn't to be seen and a scrutiniser was in her place so went to the photography counter where a friendly looking new girl was behind the till.

She spotted the glitch immediately though. and we had a wee haggle, told her the No.7 girls put it through for me the other day. She was dubious and didn't want to get into trouble and wanted to check with someone, managed to disuade her. :D Said the No.7 girls like it when I come up with a shop like this as they all then go out and buy it themselves - that's why there are no mirrors left on the shelf lol. So we had a little giggle and she let me off.

But I think my cards may be marked in my local Boots!

Me too. Also does it include Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday? Ta

Yeah its all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
1000 points for every £50 you spend.

    Im also wondering through...
If anyone has the till spits from the Christmas evenings, the extra 500 points, will they be able to use them this weekend?
And also, does anyone know if it will be the same offer online?
    Thanks!

    Plea for MSE Members details!

Does anyone have kellymaries83 's details? She sent me a pm yesterday as vouchers I sent her did not arrive, can post her the same again, but need details and she has not answered pm yet. Vouchers exp tommorow so it is cutting it fine anyway. I know it is a bit dodgy asking for someones details, but hopefully by posting this request openly and not just asking a few members for it, it will seem not dodgy! lol

    eelllppp!
    [/STRIKE] SORTED :j

EDIT: Cat...hope all goes well for Jess today (((hugs)))

Please help, I'm in a dilemma and can't decide what to do. I want to buy a gift experience from Boots for about £80 but I can't work out what the most efficient way to do it is. Should I order online, buy other items which I don't really need and get extra points for spending over £60 and £100 or should I just buy the one item in store and get the extra points over the weekend?

At the moment I have £107 in my basket on Boots.com and this gives me just over 2,020 points. I'm guessing I won't be able to use my double points coupon in store in conjunction with the extra points offer this weekend so I would get 1,320 odd points back I think.

Am I missing something here or am I on the right track? Any advice would be gratefully received.

    Thanks. 289yhxg.gif
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

If you only need the gift experience then I would say buy in store...
But do you know for certain that your store will have that particular gift experience in?
Also... With buying in store, you can only see how many points have been addded after the transaction when you look at your receipt.
At least if you do it online you can double check that all your promotional codes have gone on & you know exactly how many points you get back!
I think online would be your best bet, but thats just my opinion! Hope this helps x
  • Does anyone know if the 20% mini mode Email voucher actually scans?
    Cheers

Didn't for me this morning - the sa tried typing the number in and it wouldn't accept - she just took 20% off manually. Sale items too:D

Belfast boots have the S&G skincare range in now, its over beside the sanctuary skincare and time delay range. There are no GWP's beside them though there are loads over with the normal S&G range. Has anyone managed to get the GWP with the skincare stuff yet?

I also noticed a lovely skincare gift set containing:

    *Facial Scrub £7.99
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=641363&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

    *Face wipes £3.99
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=641352&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

    *Day moisturiser £9.99
    http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=641377&callingViewName=&langId=-1&catalogId=11051

The set was £20, so its a £2 saving compared to buying the items individually and would be a good way to try the range out. x
They have this in my local Boots too, it looks lovely.

However, I would prefer that they had the items seperately, as I want to try the wipes and scrub, but really don't need another moisturiser at the moment!

Is the weekend bonus points offer going to be in all stores, or just the larger stores that usually host the xmas shopping evenings? x

Hi hun, they had the items separately at my store as well as the set so hopefully yours will get them in too.
