PC restarts instead of just shutting down.

Hi all, can anyone help?

I just moved house and when I put my PC back together I started getting a strange problem: When I turn off my PC it appears to completely close down and power off normally, but then immediately restarts.

The language setting had changed from English (UK) to English (American) too, but that's easy enough to fix.

We moved about 250 miles, so it did a fair bit of travelling, and the only other thing that's changed is that I had to change my wireless settings and install a new modem/router as we've gone from cable to ADSL.

I'm running Windows XP Pro with SP2.

Any ideas, anyone?
