1) The prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. One entry per person.
(2) Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to Sense by post or email by 1 December 2008. No purchase necessary. Send your name, address and telephone number by email to [EMAIL="prizedraw@nwsense.com"]prizedraw@nwsense.com[/EMAIL] with 'Nintendo' as the subject, or on a postcard to Sense, Nintendo Prize Draw, PO Box 2195, Watford WD18 8ZL. Alternatively, enter these details online at nwsense.com.
(3) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(4) The winners will be selected at random from all entries received by 1 December 2008. The prizes will be drawn on 2 December 2008. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative available.
(5) There are five prizes available. Each prize consists of a Nintendo DS console, with two games - 'Zenses' Ocean and Rainforest.
(6) The winners will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone, and will also receive a confirmation letter. The winners' names and counties of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending an SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 14 days after the draw date. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
