1) The prize draw is open to customers and non-customers aged 18 or over who are UK residents. The draw is not open to employees of John Brown Group or The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this draw. One entry per person.
(2) Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted to Sense by post, by email or online at nwsense.com by 22 December 2008. No purchase of any product or service is necessary. (3) Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting or sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
(4) The winners will be selected at random from all entries received by 22 December 2008. The prizes will be drawn on 23 December 2008. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative available.
(5) There are three prizes available. Each prize consists of a collection of products by Antony Worrall Thompson for Breville: a breadmaker, a food processor, an intelligent blender and a juicer, worth up to £1,000.
(6) The winners will be notified within seven days after the draw by telephone, and will also receive a confirmation letter. The winners' names and counties of residence will be available on request by calling 020 7565 3256 or by sending an SAE to Sense magazine, John Brown, 136-142 Bramley Road, London, W10 6SR, 14 days after the draw date. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
