disability and severe disability premium

if you get high or middle rate dla care are you entitled to them if you live with your parents?

    Yes you are.
  • Are you asking about the premiums? I believe you will be entitled to the disability premium...but as far as the severe disability premium goes you would qaulify if you lived on your own or if you lived with a partner who also gets DLA paid at the middle or higher rate care. Whether Carers Allowance is paid is a major fact affecting these premiums....


    DLA will remain payable regardless

    These premiums are part of Income Support, Housing and Council Tax Beneift, if you dont have or claim these then you wont get them regardless.
