Can I Cancel a Credit Card Payment?

in Credit cards
A few days ago I agreed to use a company's services who had cold called me to promote my small business and website on google and other major search engines, and I paid £299 plus VAT. They seemed like, and probably are a reputable operation, but so far I am not happy with their service. They said that they would guarantee a first or second page listing for my business in google, yahoo and msn, but after 5 days that hasn't happened. I phoned today but the person I had originally spoke to was off ill and I was told they would look into it and phone me back with half an hour. They didn't of course, but 3 hours later I received an email saying that my listing was up and running. Well, 10 hours later it still isn't and as a result I now would like to cancel my order.
When I was paying over the phone with my credit card, I seem to recall the company representative quoting the data protection act (or something like that) and I think he also mentioned that I have 15 days to cancel should I change my mind.
Am I correct in thinking that I can cancel my order and expect a full refund?
Thanks.

You should speak to them & they will be able to refund back to your card.
As for a full refund you would need to speak to them about that.0
