Hi Anne - glad you're enjoying your work. I know what you mean about creditors trying it on. I'm sure some people still pay up after br to council etc because they think if they are chasing it, it must not have been included in BR. Glad this forum is here to put us straight. BTW - come back and confirm what the OR says.

  • Hi Anne - so sorry to hear about OH but v pleased about job and tenancy and soooo glad you didn't move in with him.

  • hi

just quick update re WTC asking for an overpayment to be paid back...

OR confirmed that it had been included in my BR and basically they can go away...he took all the info and said dont worry he would deal with it, but did say that it may take time as there internal departments dont seem to talk to one another and sometimes it took some enforcing from his office to make the point that the debt was included in BR...phew love this OR:rotfl: :rotfl: oh and to send any other letters from W:rotfl: TC straight to his office...

    hope your all well

    Hi Anne,
I've only just seen your first post as haven't been around much and just wanted to say that I admire your strength of character. Keep soldiering on and here's hoping there's a lovely handsome multi-millionaire just around the corner for you ;)
