Icesave admin frozen

I have just contacted Icesave to find out about an account I cannot access. I spoke to them last week to be told that User IDs were being re-instated and to call them if I still couldn't access me account.
Well seems none of that is true! I was told today that the admin has been frozen so no-one can access it to re-instate ID numbers so they can't get deatils of accounts. THey have had no notification of when it will be unfrozen - I just wish someone would tell us the truth at least! If its wait for 4 months then ok, not bothered about interest etc just getting the initial deposit - just some information as opposed to this constant mis-information.
