Gameboy Advance SP

Hello techie people :hello:

I need your advice. We are looking at getting my daughter a gameboy advance SP, now I have loads of nectar points that I am planning on using to get it from argos.

We are heading to USA and am wondering if their gameboy advance games over there will work on the UK ones or are they regioned like DVD's?

If so then we will just buy the actually gameboy with my pints and get the games over there as they may be cheaper or better still have a look on ebay.

Thanks

AFAIK there are no region restrictions on GBA hardware or games.
  • I think the DS is better and plays gameboy games as well as the ds ones

yea don't get an sp there out of date now and have been replaced by gameboy micro - same price in argos.

i agree with above a nintendo DS is far superior - amazing little machine - costs around 70 pound second hand around 99 pound new. try 'Game or computer exchange in the high street'

you might also be interested in a nintendo game cube - these are 30 pound second hand from the same shops and are brilliant especially for the younger gamer - second hand games from the same shop are around 5-10 pound.

    hope this helps.
