Will BA drop their prices?

I want to fly from London to Phoenix in February & was wondering if anyone knew if historically BA drop their prices after Christmas/New Year? Wonder if it's worth hanging on or should I just get it booked? Any info gratefully received!

Thanks - yes have signed up for the alerts. BA is the only one that goes direct as far as I can see & as I'm travelling with my mum that'll be best for her as there'll be less hanging around. Thanks for the reply.

It is very common for airlines in general to have January sales so it's probably worth hanging on.

Seems to be £167 each way, as long as you have a Saturday between your outward and return legs.

Of the £334 cheapest return combination, £127.60 is taxes/fees/surcharges, so I doubt it will drop by much, if any.

If you want to travel near the half term period in February then I doubt very much that the flights will go on offer and if they do they may only go down to £299.
If you are a BA Exec Club member they do Exclusive offers, not sure if some of these are open to registered users of the website.
If you want hotel accommodation you may be able to get a good flight and hotel deal through a travel agent.
Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.
  • Ah, I didn't realise there was a half term in Feb. Good point. I'll find out when it is & move my dates away from that! Many thanks!
