Help surveyor North Yorkshire

Hello. Can anyone help me find a surveyor? I have found a house in Saltburn by the Sea that I wish to purchase. I wont be needing a mortgage, but since its a Victorian house I need to get a survey. Same family have lived there for 60 years so I know it needs a lot of work.

I tried that but got no results. I didnt want to pick someone randomly. The Estate Agent said not to bother, just to get a builder to look around
  • Nice place is Saltburn I live just up the road, good luck with it

Awwww, thanks for that. Saltburn is a new area for me. Do you know any builders or kitchen designers or decorators????

So you'd rather pick a builder at random than a surveyor!

An RICS surveyor is covered by professional indemnity insurance - what's a builder covered by??

Just shows what Estate Agents know.
