Hi Please Be Very Careful When Dealing With This Company. I Have Just Discovered That They Have Been Taking £14.95 From My Credit Card For Months. Has Martin Mentioned This Before? Has Anyone Managed To Get Their Money Back And How They Did It

I finally managed to get money back from Vistaprint after three months of contact. I used a phone number that I found on this site and contacted them -each time I was polite but firm, stating that I needed a refund as the money had been taken without my prior knowledge or agreement.

My husband uses this site and they took these (rewards) from my credit card stay firm and tell them you never signed up for this we were refunded all our payments £30 i think it was a while ago

what were they actually taking the money for can you give more details?

they take the money for rewards they say you sign up to by clicking on something but we never did we told them and they refunded
