At present I am a n power sol 10 customer and have noticed that the comparison websites say tha the n power sol 13 is cheaper. Does anybody know what the price difference is?
I had to battle with them back in February to change my account from a previous rate. I can't understand why customers are not automatically put on their best rate.

Here in the east mids they did not seem to increase Sol10 as much as the others and consequently it is quite a lot cheaper than SoL13.
Looking on energyhelpline, with my usage of 17400 gas and 3400 electric, SoL13 is £94 more expensive than my SoL10.0 -
Hi,
Are you comparing your SOL10 tariff after the August 29th rise?
I'm trying to check i'm getting the best deal from npower (West Mids here) having just signed up to paperless billing, and since I'm dual-fuel i'm going to kick up a fuss if it's more than the currently advertised SOL13 tariff for my region!
Unfortunately I remember chucking out the price increase letter and I can't find the current prices anywhere online.0 -
Djm, I think SoL13 was only introduced at the same time as the August price increase.
If you go to energyhelpline and do a comparison using your existing npower tariff, the results will show if SoL13 is cheaper or more expensive for you. Also there will be a place to click to show your existing tariff details, click that and you will see your current rates.0
