    I've had another one recently - this time with someone asking why it hadn't been posted. I replied saying payment hadn't been received, and they never got to back to me. Maybe a scam, maybe not.

    Mate, the customer knows no different if they get no email. People place one off orders on Play then never log into their account again. You think customers will try to fool you by knowing card payments will fail so contact you on the off chance to see if you send it out without checking? Very much doubt it, firstly if that did happen Playtrade would simply reimburse you for the lost item anyway, secondly we all know there are scammers out there, but they are more clever than taking risks likethat on one off, cheap items.

    Playtrade need your business, they are desperate now more than ever so will reimburse you for the slightest thing if they think you could give them a bad name by complaining scammers are using the platform.

    You simply cannot lose out.
