CapitalOne - do they allow BTs to bank accounts?

Hi Everyone,
As usual, I have poor timing. I applied for a Capital One Card at 0% and have to wait up to 7 days for a response. I have a BT offer for 2% which runs out this Friday which I will have to take if I don't hear from CapitalOne.
If I have to accept the other offer, do you know if Capital One permits BTs to bank accounts?
Many thanks

No Capital One do not offer transfers to a Bank Account (Super Balance Transfer).
Whatsmore Capital One operate a "rate for risk" policy which means that they reserve the right to issue you with a card offering different features to the one you applied for. In the worst case scenario you may receive a card completely unsuitable for your purposes.
You would be well advised to have a "Plan B" on hand in case the Capital One plan does not go well.0 -
Actually they do, by way of credit card cheques which one makes payable to oneself. The problem is getting hold of them; they seem to issue them at random.
This is true, but care should be taken over these Credit Card Cheques. You need to ensure you know exactly what rate\fees they will incur. Some of them are charged at Cash Advance rates which could involve considerable charges. If they can be paid in at Balance Transfer rates then this would do the job nicely.0 -
